Interim Executive Director (IED), CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat

 

The CTI-CFF welcomes Dr. Hendra Yusran Siry as the Interim Executive Director (IED) of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat. He will serve as the IED until a new Executive Director has been appointed by the CTI-CFF Council of Ministers (CTI COM).

 

Ayodya Satryo Anggrojati is the Program Support Officer of the CTI-CCFF Regional Secretariat.

Dr. Sharifah Nora Syed Ibrahim is the Deputy Executive Director for Program Services of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat since joining CTI-CFF in mid-November 2017. She was concurrently appointed as the Acting Executive Director of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat by the Chair of the CTI-CFF Committee of Senior Officials (authorization letter dated 4th July 2018), until an Interim Executive Director was put in place at the end of that year.

Janet Rosalie Anne Polita is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience across diverse fields, including industry, energy, emerging technology, education (basic and early childhood education). Prior to joining CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat, she worked as a Communication for Development Officer for UNICEF Philippines where she developed and implemented diverse approaches in communication, particularly by using media, engaging with decision makers, international and local NGOs as well as the community.

Cecilia G. Cabusas is a licensed professional teacher. She is a free-spirited, open-minded, pro-active team-player who retired as the General Records Manager of a composite insurance cooperative based in Cagayan de Oro City, Northern Mindanao Philippines.

Mr Muhammad Ichsan is the Technical Program Manager of the Regional Secretariat of CTI-CFF. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marine Science from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia and Master's Degree in Conservation Biology from the University of Queensland, Australia. He previously worked with the private sector in marine tourism and international conservation NGOs focusing on threatened marine species and international development projects in Sustainable Fisheries. 

Ms. Lydia holds a Master Degree in Management Studies at the Sam Ratulangi University. She used to teach at the International Business Administration, an international program of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Sam Ratulangi University.

Mr. Md. Anjum Islam is the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat. Prior to joining the Regional Secretariat, he worked with several International Organizations i.e.: CARE Bangladesh, ActionAid Bangladesh and Practical Action Bangladesh and has more than 5 years experience in monitoring and controling quality of WASH, Livelihood, Climate Change, Disaster Emergency Response and Early Recovery projects.

Mr. Gustaaf A. Lumiu is the new Deputy Executive Director for Corporate Services of the CTI-CFFRegional Secretariat. He has more than 35 years of experience working in international developmentassistance for Indonesia managing programs of multi million dollars and responsible in fiscalmanagement and reporting of bilateral and multilateral aids including USAID, UKAid, AusAID, WorldBank, and UNDP. He holds a qualification in alternative financing for development projects, institutionaldevelopment, trust fund, and responsible investment for the private sectors.


Dr. Mohd Kushairi Bin Mohd Rajuddin is the Executive Director of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat. He was inaugurated as new head of the Secretariat during the 15th Senior Officials Meeting (SOM-15) in Honiara, Solomon Islands  last 8 November 2019.
